Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in the baking soda and salt. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Baking time may vary depending on your oven, but the muffins should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean, approximately 18-22 minutes.
