  • 1 cup cold milk or plain yogurt Use whichever you prefer for the shake.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional, adjust based on sweetness of the mangoes.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, enhances flavor.
  • as needed handful crushed ice Optional, for a thicker consistency.

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, milk or yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If a thicker consistency is desired, add a handful of crushed ice and blend again.
  • Pour the mango shake into glasses and serve immediately.
  • For a garnish, consider topping the mango shake with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a few fresh mango slices.
