Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and diced onions. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
