Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter Use creamy or crunchy based on preference.
  • 1/2 cup honey Acts as a natural sweetener.
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Use high-quality dark chocolate for better flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil Helps to melt the chocolate and adds healthy fats.

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate chips until they're fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into a mini muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway. Place the tin in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • While the chocolate is setting, in a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
  • Remove the chocolate-filled muffin tin from the freezer and spoon the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate, filling each cup.
  • Return the tin to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to allow the peanut butter cups to fully set.
  • Once set, gently remove the cups from the tin and enjoy!
