Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well-mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread the mixture over the frozen crust, smoothing the top. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
