Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter Key ingredient for flavor and binding.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adds sweetness.
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Helps cookies rise.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and baking soda until well mixed. Scoop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies are slightly golden.
    These cookies are best enjoyed shortly after baking when they're warm and fresh. However, they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
    For a heartier texture, you can also chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
