Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Gently combine all the ingredients in a bowl, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  • Form the mixture into cakes, approximately 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
  • Pan-fry them in a small amount of oil or butter until they're golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve the crab cakes immediately, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce or lemon wedges.
