Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cooked until no longer pink
  • 1 medium Avocado Ripe and creamy for best flavor
  • 1 cup Lettuce Washed and chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion Sliced
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas For wrapping
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice For drizzling
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken breasts until they're cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Slice or shred the chicken and set aside.
  • Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
  • Assemble the wrap by placing the chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and onion in the center of the tortilla. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
