Just a Bite Desserts has undergone many changes in recent months! First and foremost, we are now OPEN for business! After more than a year testing recipes in my home kitchen, I am now working from a licensed, commercial kitchen baking up brownies, cookies, bars, muffins and more. My baked goods are made from fresh, wholesome, high quality ingredients without any preservatives or chemicals. If you’re on Long Island, please stop in at A Taste of Long Island, a terrific new shop in Farmingdale that showcases local food producers – baked goods, jams, pastas, vegetables and more. If you would like to order some of my treats for local pick-up or delivery, please contact me at paula@justabitedesserts.com for more information. You can also order online via my new Etsy shop. {Currently, there is a limited selection of items available via mail order, but new things will be added soon.} If you have a special request, please convo me and I will get back to you quickly.
So, what else is new? Oh, yes! I am working with a wonderful designer and we will be unveiling a fun, new website just as soon as we can. Please be patient, as it will be worth the wait! I promise.
