If you’re anything like me, you love seeing before and afters as well as behind the scenes photos of designers at work. Well, I’m still waiting for my photographer to send over the “after” photos of the exciting dessert and ice cream buffets I created for my son’s recent bar mitzvah. In the meantime, here are a few behind the scene photos of the design process for you to see.

The final dessert buffet had some design modifications but the desserts listed above are what I served to our guests. They received rave reviews, especially the ice cream shake shooters!

The blue boxes were custom designed and logo’d to hold the not too sweet, not too salty chocolate drizzled popcorn. Yum! The center tray shows the old fashioned blue striped and grey striped paper straws I used for the ice cream shake shooters.

Cristina – The ice cream shooters were a very popular item. Rather than just ice cream and milk, I included malt and for the chocolate ones, a lot of extra chocolate syrup. People raved for days! LOL
