Combining her love of desserts, experience with party planning events of all sizes and keen attention to detail, Paula Rosenthal founded Just a Bite Desserts in 2011. Paula works with her clients to create stylish custom dessert tables that incorporate the event logo, theme, and colors in the desserts and presentation. Paula sources specialty desserts both locally in New York and from dessert artists nationwide as she selects only the best quality sweets that will meet her clients’ discriminating tastes.
